Brief Introduction
M400 Series module based on LoRa spread spectrum modulation technology, providing TTL serial port and GPIO, built-in LoRaWAN protocol. The end products embedded in this module can be configured in a quick and easy way with gateways forming a star low power WAN (LPWAN) for ultra-long distance wireless data transmission。
Features
• Low power consumption: minimum standby current 5uA
• High sensitivity: up to -138dBm@SF12/125KHz
• Compliant with LoRaWAN Specification 1.0.2
• Support LoRaWAN Class A/C with integration of LoRaWAN protocol stack
• UART interface, stamp hole, support parameters configuration through AT command
